Case study
Mr A & Miss B contacted Norman J. Shepherd & Co, as they were looking to purchase their first property. They had carried out their own research via the internet and by talking to family and friends, but did not know really what they were able to borrow, what type of deal was suitable and how much it all costs. After carrying out a detailed study of there circumstances and establishing there needs we were able to advise how much they could realistically afford and what type of, deal was appropriate. A mortgage was 'agreed in principle' within 24 hours and this gave them the comfort in knowing that they could focus there efforts on finding a property that was within there budget.
